Install the IST Web Portal
The portal installs as an app from the browser — no app store. Same address for everyone: portal.ist-ugnet.com
Windows (Chrome or Edge)
- Open portal.ist-ugnet.com in Chrome or Edge.
- Click the install icon at the right end of the address bar (a monitor with an arrow), or the ⋮ menu → "Install IST Web Portal".
- Confirm. The portal opens in its own window and appears in the Start menu as IST Web Portal.
Works the same on a Mac with Chrome or Edge.
Android (Chrome)
- Open portal.ist-ugnet.com in Chrome.
- Tap "Install app" when Chrome offers it, or the ⋮ menu → "Install app" / "Add to Home screen".
- Confirm. The IST icon appears with your apps and opens full screen.
Allow camera and location when the portal asks: photos and GPS on dailys need them.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
- Open portal.ist-ugnet.com in Safari (not Chrome).
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow) at the bottom.
- Choose "Add to Home Screen" and tap Add.
- The IST icon appears on the Home screen and opens full screen.
Only Safari can add it; Chrome on iPhone cannot.
Authenticator app (accounts with password)
Install Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator (free, Android and iPhone). At your first sign-in the portal shows a QR code: scan it with the app and type the 6-digit code. Every sign-in after that asks for the current code from the app.
